ABSTRACT
The relation between use of histamine-2-receptor (H2-receptor) antagonists and colorectal cancer risk was investigated in an exceedingly case-control study. The incidence of gastric cancer was raised for the primary few years once the beginning of treatment with H2-receptor antagonists, this could replicate misdiagnosis of some early gastric cancers. The findings square measure against long persistence of AN excess risk of gastric cancer in association with use of H2-receptor antagonists.
