ABSTRACT
A recently approved FDC of Mirabegron (25mg) and Solifenacin Succinate (5mg) recommended to treat Over Active Bladder. Analytical methods are available for individual quantitation of Mirabegron (MB) and Solifenacin Succinate (SFS), but only one an effective and reliable analytical method reported for their combination. Thus, the objective for this literature survey was to gather information on various analytical instrumental methods used so far for the individual quantitation of Mirabegron and Solifenacin Succinate in various matrices. The reported methods are high performance liquid chromatography, hyphentaed techniques, spectroscopy and high performance thin layer chromatography or thin layer chromatography for mirabegron and Solifenacin succinate respectively.
