ABSTRACT

This project focuses on the determination and evaluation of ferrous sulphate contentin marketed preparations, specifically capsules, using UV Spectroscopy. Themethodology involves colour development as a key parameter for quantitativeanalysis. The study aims to establish a reliable and efficient approach for assessingthe ferrous sulphate concentration in pharmaceutical formulations, contributing toquality control and ensuring product efficacy.
