Molluscum contagiosum [MC] is a common skin and mucosal disease caused byMC pox virus family. Lesions manifests both in immunocompromised andimmunocompetent individuals as variable, discrete, umbilicated papules on face,trunk, thigh, near genital organs and rarely oral mucosa.
